The impact of Musk’s AI Venture on Cardano(ADA)

Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano, is a major figure in the cryptocurrency world known for his active social media presence. Recently, his focus has shifted to Elon Musk’s AI venture, particularly the Grok AI chatbot, sparking concerns among ADA Coin investors. They feel Hoskinson is excessively involved in external projects instead of concentrating on Cardano’s development.

Critics of Grok AI, associated with Musk’s OpenAI, label it as an inferior Large Language Model (LLM) compared to others like ChatGPT and Google’s Bard. Hoskinson, however, has been vocal about the potential risks and threats Grok AI could pose to democracy if not regulated properly, fearing it could be used for public manipulation and spreading misinformation.

The primary concern for Cardano investors lies in Hoskinson’s diverted attention. The slow progress of Cardano, particularly in developing popular applications despite having smart contract capabilities, is attributed to Hoskinson’s lack of problem-solving and organizational skills. This is in stark contrast to the leaders of competing networks who are more focused on their projects rather than global issues. Hoskinson’s approach raises questions about Cardano’s future and its ability to meet investor expectations.
